Notice of Intent to Amend Resource Management Plans and Environmental Assessment

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is announcing the start of a scoping process to gather public comments and identify issues related to amendments to the Caliente Resource Management Plan for the Bakersfield Field Office and the California Desert Conservation Area Plan. This process is required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976.
