Grand Canyon National Park to Offer Seasonal Relief from Allocations for Quiet Aircraft Technology

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Park Service (NPS) plan to provide quiet aircraft technology incentives to commercial air tour operators at Grand Canyon National Park, starting in 2015, to reduce noise pollution during the first quarter of each year.
