West Virginia Reopens Public Comment Period for Proposed Surface Mining Amendment

The West Virginia permanent regulatory program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 is reopening the public comment period for a proposed amendment, which includes a Special Reclamation Tax Credit Rule submitted to OSMRE on August 7, 2014.
