BSEE Extends Public Comment Period for Helideck and Aviation Fuel Safety Rule

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) is extending the public comment period for the Helideck and Aviation Fuel Safety rule for fixed offshore facilities until December 24, 2014, following a request from an offshore oil and gas industry association.
