Atlantic Wind Lease Sale 4 (ATLW4) Commercial Leasing for Wind Power on the Outer Continental Shelf Offshore Massachusetts-Final Sale Notice

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) is issuing a Final Sale Notice (FSN) for the sale of four commercial wind energy leases on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) offshore Massachusetts. The leases will be awarded through a multiple factor auction format, with a 60-day public comment period that began in 2014.
