U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Availability of Permit Application and Habitat Conservation Plan for Piping Plover in Orleans, MA

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has made available for public review and comment a permit application and proposed habitat conservation plan from the Town of Orleans, MA, related to the incidental take of the threatened piping plover due to over-sand vehicle activities over the next 3 years.
