U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces 90-Day Findings on Endangered Species Petitions

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has announced 90-day findings on petitions to delist the coastal California gnatcatcher and list the monarch butterfly under the Endangered Species Act of 1973. The agency is initiating a review of the subspecies' status to determine if the petitions are warranted.
