BLM Approves Alaska Native Land Conveyance to NANA Regional Corporation

The Bureau of Land Management has issued a decision approving the transfer of surface estate rights in a portion of Alaska to NANA Regional Corporation, Inc., a successor to Kivalina Sinuakmeut Corporation, under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA). The subsurface rights will be transferred concurrently with the surface rights.
