PHMSA Publishes List of Delayed Special Permit Applications

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has published a list of special permit applications that have been pending for 180 days or more, in accordance with federal regulations, and provides details on the reasons for delay and expected completion dates for each application.
