Avocados Grown in South Florida; Increased Assessment Rate

The Avocado Administrative Committee has raised the assessment rate for Florida avocado handlers from $0.25 to $0.30 per 55-pound container, effective for the 2013-14 fiscal period and beyond, to fund the marketing program for avocados grown in South Florida.
