Extension of Previously Approved eCollection eComments Requested; Semi-Annual Performance Reporting Form for FAV Program

The Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women, is submitting an information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to collect data for the Victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking Program (FAV Program).
