Extension of Public Comment Period for Hydrogen Energy California's Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Project

The U.S. Department of Energy is extending the public comment period for the Hydrogen Energy California's Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Project Preliminary Staff Assessment and Draft Environmental Impact Statement until October 1, 2013, following a public hearing announcement on July 22, 2013.
