Western Area Power Administration to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for San Luis Transmission Project

The U.S. Department of Energy's Western Area Power Administration is required to prepare an environmental impact statement for a proposed transmission project in California that will interconnect several key facilities of the Central Valley Project with Western's transmission system.
