DOE Denies Landmark Legal Foundation's Petition for Reconsideration of Energy Conservation Standards for Microwave Ovens

The Department of Energy (DOE) has denied a petition from the Landmark Legal Foundation (LLF) to reconsider its final rule on energy conservation standards for microwave ovens, following a review of public comments and the LLF's petition submitted in 2013.
