Kimberley Process Certification Scheme Participants Updated to Include Kyrgyz Republic, Mozambique, and Qatar

The US Department of State has revised the list of participating countries and entities eligible for rough diamond trade under the Clean Diamond Trade Act of 2003, adding the Kyrgyz Republic, Mozambique, and Qatar to the list, replacing the previous January 8, 2021, version.
