US Diplomatic Visa Eligibility Expanded to Include US-Born Children of Non-US Citizens
The US government has announced a rule change to allow non-US citizens with certain nonimmigrant statuses to apply for diplomatic visas for their US-born children, who are not subject to US jurisdiction, to document their entitlement to A, C, G, or NATO nonimmigrant status.
