EOIR Implements Electronic Filing for OCAHO Cases

The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) is introducing electronic filing and record-keeping for all cases before the Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer (OCAHO), updating relevant regulations and minor rules of practice.
