Department of the Treasury Requests Comments on Proposed Information Collections for Tax Return Preparer Forms

The Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on proposed information collections for Form 14157 and Form 14157-A, which relate to tax return preparer complaints and fraud allegations, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
