FinCEN Proposes Amendments to Broker or Dealer Definitions to Include Funding Portals

FinCEN is proposing changes to the definition of 'broker or dealer in securities' to explicitly include funding portals involved in crowdfunding securities, aiming to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
