Unblocking of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons, Executive Order 12978

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published the names of individuals and entities whose assets have been unfrozen as a result of Executive Order 12978, issued on October 21, 1995, which targeted significant narcotics traffickers.
