Final Regulations for Blue Cross and Blue Shield Organizations Released

The US Department of Health and Human Services has released final regulations that provide guidance on computing and applying the medical loss ratio for health insurance organizations, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield organizations, and other affected entities, following a technical correction to the Internal Revenue Code enacted in 2015.
