Exempt Chemical Preparations Under the Controlled Substances Act

The Drug Enforcement Administration has published a list of accepted and denied applications for exempt chemical preparations submitted between September 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, covering preparations up to December 31, 2025, not previously published in Federal Register notices.
