DEA Places 3-Methoxyphencyclidine (3-MeO-PCP) in Schedule I of Controlled Substances Act

The Drug Enforcement Administration has issued a final rule placing 3-methoxyphencyclidine (3-MeO-PCP), a substance with potential for abuse, under strict regulatory controls, effective immediately, in response to US obligations under the 1971 Convention on Psychotropic Substances.
