TTB Amends Regulations on Denatured Alcohol and Industrial Alcohol

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is updating its rules to simplify the manufacturing of products with denatured alcohol, removing outdated formulas and aligning regulations with industry practice, in an effort to reduce regulatory burdens on the industry and the agency itself.
