Comment Request for Proposed Regulation Project

The US Department of the Treasury is seeking public comments on proposed information collections, as part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden, and specifically invites comments on the proposed regulation TD 8251, Credit for Increasing Research Activity, required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
