Auto Industries Pension Plan Seeks to Reduce Pension Benefits
The Board of Trustees of the Auto Industries Pension Plan has submitted an application to the U.S. Treasury to reduce pension benefits under the plan, in accordance with the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014, and is seeking public comments on the proposal.
