Federal Government to Amend ACH Network Regulation

The Department of the Treasury's Fiscal Service is proposing changes to its regulation governing the use of the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network by federal agencies, following updates to the NACHA Operating Rules developed by NACHA--The Electronic Payments Association (NACHA).
