Notice to Ensure State Workforce Agencies Are Aware of Revised Schedule of Remuneration for Unemployment Compensation for Ex-Servicemembers Program

The Department of Defense has released a revised schedule of remuneration for the Unemployment Compensation for Ex-Servicemembers Program, reflecting the military pay increase effective January 1, 2018. States must use the revised schedule for 'first claims' filed on or after January 1, 2018, while continuing to use the 2017 schedule for 'first claims' filed before the effective date.
