U.S. Department of Labor Updates Labor Certification Process for H-2A and H-2B Foreign Workers

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration has issued a notice updating allowable charges for meals and travel subsistence reimbursement for H-2A and H-2B foreign workers, including agricultural workers, to reflect recent changes
