DOL Submits Employee Retirement Income Security Act Regulation for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an information collection request related to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act Section 408(b)(2) Regulation, which is currently being reviewed by the Office of Management and Budget for continued use without change.
