Department of Labor Requests Comments on Proposed Revision to Employment Information Form

The Department of Labor has published a document in the Federal Register, seeking public comments on a proposed revision to the Employment Information Form, which is currently under OMB control number 1235-0021, and extending the comment period for the notice, following an error in the original document.
