DOL Submits OSHA Information Collection Request for Confined Spaces in Construction Standard for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on its Occupational Safety and Health Administration sponsored information collection request for the Confined Spaces in Construction Standard, which is set to undergo review by the Office of Management and Budget for continued use without change, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
