OSHA Proposes Changes to NRTL Program Test Standards and Recognition Scopes

OSHA is proposing to remove three test standards from the National Testing Laboratory (NRTL) Program's list and update the recognition scopes of several NRTLs, as outlined in the proposed rule published on the Federal Register website (https://www.federalregister.gov/docket/2023-12345).
