Final Rules on Religious Exemptions and Accommodations for Preventive Services Under the Affordable Care Act

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has finalized rules on religious exemptions and accommodations for coverage of certain preventive services under the Affordable Care Act, expanding protections for certain entities and individuals, while maintaining guidelines requiring contraceptive coverage where objections exist.
