US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Dutch Purified Carboxymethylcellulose

The US Department of Commerce has initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) from the Netherlands, covering sales by Akzo Nobel and CP Kelco, and found that Akzo Nobel sold below cost and CP Kelco had no shipments during the review period.
