NMFS Proposes Special Coral Reef Ecosystem Fishing Permit for Kampachi Farms, LLC

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing a Special Coral Reef Ecosystem Fishing Permit to allow Kampachi Farms, LLC to cultivate and harvest coral reef fish species in a floating pen off the west coast of Hawaii, approximately 5.5 nautical miles from the island's shore in 6,000 feet of water.
