U.S. Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duties on Finnish Carboxymethylcellulose

The U.S. Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) from Finland, following requests from Aqualon Company, a division of Hercules Inc., and CP Kelco Oy and CP Kelco U.S., Inc. The review covers the period from July 1, 2011, to June 30, 2012, and preliminary results indicate that CP Kelco made sales at prices below normal value during this time.
