NMFS Announces 90-Day Finding on Whale Shark Petition
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced a 90-day finding on a petition to list the whale shark as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), finding that the petition lacks substantial scientific or commercial information to support the listing.
