DEA Places MDMB-4en-PINACA in Schedule I of Controlled Substances Act

The Drug Enforcement Administration has finalized a rule placing methyl 3,3-dimethyl-2-(1-(pent-4-en-1-yl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamido)butanoate, also known as MDMB-4en-PINACA, under strict regulatory controls due to its potential for abuse and meeting US obligations under the 1971 Psychotropic Substances Convention.
