DEA Schedules Four Synthetic Cannabinoids in Schedule I

The Drug Enforcement Administration has placed four synthetic cannabinoids, 4F-MDMB-BUTICA, ADB-4en-PINACA, 5F-EDMB-PICA, and MMB-FUBICA, in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, imposing strict regulatory controls and penalties on those who handle or manufacture these substances. This final rule aims to regulate the distribution and use of these controlled substances.
