ATF Proposes Rule Clarification on Transporting Firearms by Common or Contract Carriers

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is proposing a change to Department of Justice regulations to clarify that transporting firearms by common or contract carriers does not constitute delivery, as long as the individual maintains control over the firearm during the trip.
