US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Joint Stock Company Severstal Compliant with Antidumping Duty Suspension Agreement

The US Department of Commerce has determined that Joint Stock Company Severstal is in compliance with the Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Investigation of Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate from the Russian Federation for the period January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, and that the agreement is functioning as intended.
