US Department of Commerce Announces Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Review on Indian Lined Paper Products

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain lined paper products from India, covering the period from January 1, 2011, to December 31, 2011, and has preliminarily determined that one producer/exporter, A.R. Printing & Packaging India Pvt. Ltd., received countervailable subsidies during this time, prompting interested parties to comment on the preliminary results.
