ATF Proposes Changes to Machine Gun Transfer Regulations

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is proposing to update Department of Justice regulations to simplify the process of transferring machine guns between qualified manufacturers, importers, or dealers, particularly in cases where a licensee is discontinuing business or requesting a demonstration to a government entity.
