US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Antidumping Duties on PET Film from India and Taiwan Necessary
The US Department of Commerce has initiated the second sunset review of antidumping duty orders on Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet and Strip from India and Taiwan, and preliminarily finds that revocation of these duties would likely lead to continued dumping of the product.
