NOAA Publishes Final Procedures for Government-to-Government Consultation With Native American Tribes

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has released a new handbook outlining its procedures for consulting with federally recognized Native American tribes on policies that may impact them, in compliance with a 2000 executive order.
