NMFS Announces 90-Day Findings on Petitions to List Pinto Abalone Under Endangered Species Act

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced 90-day findings on petitions to list the pinto abalone as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), and is soliciting scientific and commercial information from interested parties to inform a comprehensive status review.
