Department of Commerce Renames Import Administration to Enforcement and Compliance
The Department of Commerce has changed the name of Import Administration to Enforcement and Compliance, effective October 1, 2013, and made conforming changes to the Code of Federal Regulations, while preserving actions taken under the old name and updating references.
