US Court Affirms Antidumping Duty on Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags from Thailand

The US Court of International Trade has upheld the Department of Commerce's calculation of a 94.62% antidumping duty margin on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand, following an appeal by KYD Inc. against the initial decision, which was later confirmed by the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
