ATF Proposes Changes to National Firearms Act Regulations for Interstate Transport

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is proposing to relax Department of Justice regulations for transporting National Firearms Act (NFA) firearms in interstate or foreign commerce, allowing for shorter notice periods for short-term transports and eliminating the need for approval for long-term transports.
